- Work performance and advancement: Are employees evaluated under the same standards and do you encourage collaboration? Does everyone have equal opportunity for promotion?
- Customer interaction: Do all customers feel welcome and receive the same service, whether purchasing, making a return, asking for information, or lodging a complaint? Are customers of color treated with suspicion?
- Merchandising and marketing: Do your promotions and events speak to all cultures? Do your images and displays reflect diversity?
