Customer Service Highlight: The Hub of Action at DSC

For the month of April, we want to bring special attention to our Customer Service Department!

Our Customer Service Department is the hub of action of DSC. This is where orders are processed, solutions are found, and problems are fixed. Our Customer Service Representatives enjoy the opportunity to talk with our customers and resellers.

What makes our Customer Service Department Special?

When you call DSC, you’ll get a real person on the other end. We pride ourselves in the personal connection we offer our customers!

What sets our Customer Service Department apart?

Our Customer Service Representatives know how important it is for them to stay up to date on all the products our vendors offer, so they frequently take vendor trainings.

Employee Highlight: Kristin Littel

Kristin Littel started working at DSC in 1996 and she recently celebrated 25 years! Starting as a customer service representative, Kristin is now manager of the customer service department. She loves being able to assist customers with resolving any issues they have, and also loves all the people she gets to work with. In her spare time, Kristin loves spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren. She also loves watching reality TV, such as Survivor, The Amazing Race and Big Brother.

Kristin’s advice for fellow female leaders is:

  • Believe in yourself and know your value
  • Encourage young women to follow their passion and be the next leaders
