Diversity and inclusion have rightly become more of a focus in recent years. Several companies have begun diversity and inclusion initiatives, some being more effective than others. Although as a college bookstore you may be less able to mimic the large initiatives corporate companies have implemented, it is helpful to learn what diversity trends are in the technology industry.
